This list of documentaries and books is for anyone interested to learn more about how plant based diets make such a huge impact on our environment and health. These people explain everything so much more thoroughly, efficiently, and effectively than I ever could! They are the reasons I was first motivated to be vegetarian and continue to motivate me to eat minimal animal products. This list will surely become longer but as of right now I do not want to add anything that I have not checked out first, mostly so that I can be involved in any conversation about it!
